We have adapted the protocols in all the departments so that you can continue enjoying your vacations with security and confidence.
A maximum capacity is established in the reception area, also necessary measures to ensure the distance between people and avoid crowds.

Hydroalcoholic gel for hand disinfection is available at the entrance of the hotel and at the reception area.
The counters have protective screens and are disinfected periodically according to the influx of customers, also as all the supplies that are delivered to the customer.
Rooms and cleaning
All rooms are meticulously disinfected before the arrival of the client, in addition, rooms will remain unoccupied for at least 24 hours.
In the rooms there is a bottle of hydroalcoholic gel with the amenities.
Extra pillows or blankets must be requested at reception and for your safety will be delivered sealed.
